Matt's journey started by being the lowliest crew member on a fishing boat in the cold English Channel at 16. Having witnessed a burial at sea, he started selling Life Insurance on a commission-only basis, and has since then he has gone on to grow and successfully exiting 2 technology companies of his own, as well as write 3 books on business growth and leadership. His comprehensive knowledge is always informed by personal endurance challenges such as Ironman events, swimming the English Channel, and most recently leading a team to row across the Atlantic Ocean.
